Hallbrook Office Center LLC has completed its 8.46-acre sale to KBP Investment LLC. KBP will soon begin construction of its new headquarters at Three Hallbrook Place, a four-story, 119,924-square-foot Class-A office building in Leawood, Kansas.
“The Hallbrook Office Center remains a flagship asset to both ownership and the community. Finding the right partner to develop and invest long-term in the park was a key driver to our decision to release the land for KBP’s new headquarters,” said Corey Biggs, a representative of the management of Hallbrook Office Center, LLC.
Miles McCune, president and founder at Range Realty Partners, represented the owner of Hallbrook Office Center in the sale of the land for Hallbrook Three.
“The development of Three Hallbrook will complete Hallbrook Office Center south of College Boulevard and continues its long legacy of success. The park is one of Kansas City’s premier Class-A settings and gives employers, such as KBP, an advantage attracting and retaining top talent,” said McCune.
Range Realty Partners will continue to lease and market the existing assets, Hallbrook One and Two.
