Real Estate Equities in late 2019 closed on Sonder House Apartments in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. Sonder House will be an amenity-rich affordable housing development.
The 127-unit project, made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom affordable workforce housing units, is lcoated at 5801 Xerox Ave. in Brooklyn Center. Kaas Wilson Architecture designed the project. The project’s general contractor is Big-D Construction.
The $35 millin project will break ground in January of this year with a scheduled completion date of April of 2021.
