Taft Law has added Christopher Engel to the firm’s Real Estate practice group in its Indianapolis office.
Engel represents and advises developers, landlords, tenants, banks, municipalities, health care providers and a variety of private sector businesses in the acquisition, disposition, financing, zoning, operation and management of commercial real estate. He also counsels clients in wireless communications transactions, complex joint venture agreements and public-private partnerships for real estate development and redevelopment.
Engel earned his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and his undergraduate degrees in finance and political science from Indiana University. He is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and an executive committee member of the Real Estate Section. Engel is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Urban Land Institute.
