Lessen, a tech-enabled solution for outsourced real estate property services officially opened its new Chicago office Feb. 27.
Lessen’s new office is located at 203 North LaSalle Street, a 17-story Class-A office building in the city’s Central Loop tech district. The site is also adjacent to Google’s forthcoming Chicago office in the Thompson Center, further solidifying LaSalle Street as the premier tech corridor in the city.
Lessen first entered the Chicago market in 2023 after its historic acquisition of technology company SMS Assist for $950 million – the largest proptech merger in U.S. history. Since then Lessen has experienced incredible growth, and is the country’s largest provider of outsourced real estate property services, partnering with residential and commercial owners and occupiers who collectively manage over 1 million locations.
