Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently leased 5,319 square feet of office space located at 26711 Northwestern Highway, Suite 175, in Southfield, Michigan.
The landlord, 26711 Office Associates, LLC, leased the space to Real Estate Services Solutions Company (RESSCO).
RESSCO has selected finishes and is readying the infrastructure for a November move-in. They will have two spaces until their lease at Omni Officentre expires in late 2017. Their desire to relocate was based primarily on expansion, but also on the need for first floor accessibility and monument-signage recognition for their aggressively growing, multi-family investment & management company.
