Online real estate investing company RealtyMogul.com has made two key hires: Michael Sanchez and Charles Kim, both formerly with Colony Capital’s commercial mortgage lending arm, have joined the company’s commercial lending division.
RealtyMogul.com secured $250 million in capital commitments from institutional investors for bridge and permanent lending in commercial real estate.
Sanchez and Kim, who helped launch Colony Mortgage Capital in 2013, originated and executed nearly $1 billion of senior and mezzanine loans since that company’s inception.
