The co-development team of Conor Commercial Real Estate and Ravine Park Partners announced that the recently completed Woodview Apartments in Deerfieldhas received LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
The new 248-unit multifamily development was carefully planned to include several green initiatives, according to the team.
Units include energy efficient appliances, energy efficient air conditioning and heat systems, extra insulation, and Fibrex® high performance windows, which better protect from extreme temperatures.
The property is bicycle friendly with indoor storage and a bicycle repair lounge. For residents that drive electric vehicles, charging stations are available.
A two-story community clubhouse offers numerous tenant amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, iLounge, coffee bar and multi-media room, demonstration kitchen and a private lounge complete with a shuffle board and pool table.
In addition to indoor amenities, Woodview Apartments boasts well-appointed outdoor spaces such as a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen with dining and seating areas, fire pits, bike storage and a repair shop. The development also features an indoor pet washing station and a secured dog park, as well as a car wash center and electric car charging.
McShane Construction Company served as general contractor for the project while HPA Architecture provided the comprehensive architectural services for this luxury residential development.
Laramar Management Services, LLC, a subsidiary of The Laramar Group, is serving as the exclusive management company overseeing the property’s leasing and management activities.
