Chicago Industrial Catalytic Ltd., a company with a complete range of recycling services, has leased 15,920 square feet at 4500 S. Kolin Avenue, Unit C in Chicago.
The company chose the space for its relocation from Rockwell Street because of the truss roof, overhead truck door, two exterior truck doors, office area and the overall good condition of the facility. Albert Schulman, CCIM, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented Chicago Industrial Catalytic Ltd. in the transaction. Dave Peluso of Urban Investment Research Corporation represented the landlord, Ventnor Avenue LLC.
