Tracy Peters, senior managing director of affordable housing for Columbus, Ohio-based RED Capital Group, has been named vice president of the Ohio Housing Council Board of Trustees.
The goal of the council is to help professionals in the field of affordable housing increase their participation in public policy debates. The council also hopes to steer proposed regulatory requirements that could have a significant impact on affordable housing in Ohio.
