Red Rock Senior Living, a $14 million senior living community, recently opened just west of Interstate-494 on Century Avenue in Woodbury, Minnesota.
The 74,700-square-foot two-story development is owned by Twin Cities-based Oppidan Investment Company, a national property development firm. Red Rock Senior Living is managed by Ebenezer Management Services, which provides daily operational and management services.
The community offers a variety of housing solutions for older adults, ranging from options for those who choose to live independently to those who want to take advantage of the care and services that are available 24/7. Red Rock’s 76 apartments include 39 independent and assisted living apartments, 32 memory care apartments and five care suites.
Designed by River Falls, Wis.-based Ayres Associates, Red Rock’s onsite amenities include state-of-the-art remote monitoring technology, onsite visits by geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners as well as outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths.
