Red Rock Senior Living, a new, 76-unit senior-living community located just west of Interstate-494 on Century Avenue in Woodbury, Minn., has broken ground.
The $14 million senior-living community will be managed by Ebenezer Management Services, which will provide daily operational and management services.
The two-story development is owned by Twin Cities-based Oppidan Investment Company, a national property development firm. Red Rock will be constructed by La Crosse, Wis.-based TCI and designed by River Falls, Wis.-based Frisbie Architects.
Red Rock will consist of 39 independent and assisted-living apartments, 32 memory-care apartments and five care suites. Red Rock’s onsite amenities remote monitoring technology as well as outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths. The community also offers chef-prepared meals, a chapel, underground parking garage, club room, community room, movie theater, salon and spa.
