Redemption Plus, an importer of toys and incentive merchandising products, has agreed to a 10-year lease at its current location, 9829 Commerce Parkway in Lenexa, Kansas.
The company, with the help of its advisor, John Coe of Copaken Brooks, searched many options in the market but decided to remain. Redemption Plus has been in the Kansas Commerce Center since 2005.
Coe represented Redemption Plus in the market analysis and negotiation. Michael Block, principal of Block Real Estate Services, represented the building of 9829 Commerce Parkway.
