REDICO added the American House Mount Prospect seniors housing community to its portfolio.
The community at 1111 S. Linneman Road in Mount Prospect, Illinois, provides assisted living and memory care services in a supportive environment with wellness, life enrichment and culinary programs. American House assumed management of Mount Prospect Senior Living and renamed it American House Mount Prospect effective March 3.
With this addition, American House expands its Midwest presence to three Illinois communities, including American House Oak Park and American House Cedarlake.
American House Mount Prospect provides luxurious common spaces, restaurant-style dining and studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans. Residents enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle with personalized care services, engaging life enrichment programming and chef-prepared meals. Additional amenities include a full-service salon and barber shop, fitness center, movie theater, game room, bistro, a dog park, transportation, and housekeeping and laundry services.
