Redline Property Partners has purchased Superior PLaza in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and Willow Creek in Plymouth, Minnesota. The two are office properties located in the area’s I-394 Corridor submarket.
Redline will now undertake capital-improvement plans at both buildings. The firm plans to renovate the buildings’ common areas and restrooms, redesign and upgrade their entrances and lobbies, create tenant lounges and add fitness centers and conference facility’s. Redline will also upgrade the majority of the buildings’ systems.
Redline has hired Hines Interests to handle the property management duties at the buildings. Brent Karkula and Laura Farrell with CBRE will handle leasing services at the properties.
