Redline Property Partners has purchased Wedgwood Commerce Centre at 6900 Wedgwood Road north in Maple Grove, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis.
Redline will complete a building-wide capital-improvement plan as part of the purchase. The firm plans to renovate the building’s common areas and restrooms, redesign and upgrade its entrance and lobby and create a conference facility and outdoor lounge.
Wedgwood Commerce Center is located in the heart of the Wedgwood Business Park. The building includes a four-story tower, ample parking and excess land, which Redline plans to develop into additional amenity space.
Redline has hired JLL for property management duties. Jon Dahl and Sam Maguire with JLL will market the remaining vacant space in the property.
