Redmond expands leadership team, targets national accounts with new hire

Redmond, a Chicago-based commercial general contractor, announced the expansion of its leadership team through the hire of Mark Fenton, who will serve as principal in charge of Redmond’s strategic national accounts.

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in construction, with experience managing projects of all sizes in the commercial interiors market while completing projects with notable clients including Whirlpool, McCormick Foundation, Morningstar, Motorola, Sears, Citibank, Grant Thornton, and Huron Consulting. He previously worked in the Interiors Business Unit at one of Chicago’s largest general contractors, climbing the ranks of the company from project manager to senior vice president over his 24-year tenure.

To date, Mark has managed several million square feet of interior construction for law firms, financial services, creative agencies, trading facilities, technology firms, consultancies, and nonprofits. Over the past two years, he has operated his own project management consulting firm in Denver. 

Mark will be based in Denver full time.
