In addition to ensuring a seamless property transition as well as preparing on-site teams with any necessary training, Dolder also oversees new employee onboarding and development as well as general oversight of training initiatives that strengthen the organization and aid in employee retention and satisfaction.

Dolder has been with the company since 2018 and was promoted from her previous role as senior property manager at one of Redwood Residential’s largest communities. Before joining the firm, Dolder served as property manager with Tailwind Group, managing the portfolio’s largest student housing community.

Kadi Mancuso is the firm’s director of marketing and is responsible for developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for both Redwood Residential and Redwood Capital Group, often acting as a liaison between the corporate office, regional management and community teams.

Prior to joining Redwood, Mancuso served as residential director of marketing at CA Ventures, coordinating between the development, construction, asset management and site-level property management teams. Before joining CA, she was the marketing manager for CMK Companies and Fifield Companies. Throughout her career, Mancuso has overseen more than 14,000 units across garden, mid-rise and high-rise asset types.
