Reed Construction has completed a multi-phase build-out on behalf of the Children’s Home & Aid Society in Chicago.
Located at 125 S. Wacker Drive, the project included the construction of the organization’s existing office space on the 14th floor. Renovations were made to existing offices, workspaces and meeting rooms. Reed Construction was also responsible for upgrading the existing conference room with new AV and teleconferencing equipment. The multi-phased build-out was carried out while CHASI remained fully operational.
Bryan Kreuger was the project executive and Jeremy Raridon was the project manager for Reed Construction. Architectural services were provided by Techno Ltd. This is the second project for Reed Construction with the non-profit organization.
