Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, recently acquired Publix Village Square in Kendallville, Indiana. This is Regency’s 31st shopping center in Indiana, and adds 100,013 square feet to its portfolio.

Publix Village Square is located at 310 W. North St. in Kendallville, and is the dominant shopping center in the market. The center is anchored by a Kroger grocery store and has a roster of national tenants including Dollar General, Great Clips and Shoe Sensation.

“Kendallville is a great example of a County Seat Community,” said Jeff Howell, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, in a written statement. “The local economy is vibrant and we are excited to become a part of such a strong community.”
