Regency Properties recently announced that T.J. Maxx will join the company’s national tenant lineup at Germantown Shopping Center in Jasper, Indiana.
T.J. Maxx will occupy approximately 22,000 square feet at Germantown Shopping Center, replacing a portion of Carson’s. T.J. Maxx plans to open its doors in September of 2019.
In October 2017, Regency announced the addition of Harbor Freight and JOANN Fabric and Crafts to this shopping center. These two anchor tenants have increased the foot traffic and tenants’ sales for Germantown Shopping Center.
