Regency Properties buys three shopping centers in northern Indiana

Regency Properties recently acquired three shopping centers in northern Indiana. Columbia Square, Monticello Marketplace and Wabash East will add a combined 253,267 square feet to Regency’s portfolio.

Columbia Square is a 123,340-square-foot shopping center at 621 Countryside Drive in Columbia City, Indiana. The shop is anchored by a newly renovated Kroger, and includes tenants Family Dollar, Goody’s, Rent-A-Center and Tires Plus.

Monticello Marketplace is a 107,164-square-foot shopping center at 900 N. Main St. in Monticello, Indiana. Kroger anchors this center, too. Other tenants are Pizza Hut, Ace Hardware and Anytime Fitness.

Wabash East is a 22,763-square-foot center at 1611 N. Cass St. in Wabash, Indiaan. This centure features Wabash County Hospital, Check Into Cash, Sky Nails, Ladd Dental and an AT&T store.
