Eric Speichinger has joined Regions Affordable Housing’s originations group as vice president and relationship manager.
Speichinger will work out of the company’s Chicago office and focus on sourcing and originating affordable housing transactions throughout the Midwest.
Previously, Speichinger worked as director of acquisitions at Monarch Capital, a national tax credit syndication firm. He also held the positions of vice president of acquisitions at the Richman Group and vice president of business development for housing tax credits at GE Capital.
