CBRE|Martin announced that Regus has leased 15,000 square feet of space on the third floor of One Michigan Avenue, one of the largest multi-tenant office buildings located at 120 N. Washington Square in downtown Lansing, Michigan.
Regus chose to open its first center in the Capital city to put their clients in the heart of Lansing’s business community. The company offers businesses shared office space as a flexible alternative to traditional real estate.
CBRE|Martin Senior Vice President and Office Advisor, Eric Rosekrans, represented the landlord, OMA Lansing LLC, in the transaction.
Regus will move in this April with a grand opening slated for May 2016.
