Reichle Klein Group recently arranged a five-year, five-month industrial lease in Toledo, Ohio.
Reichle Klein’s Ron Jurgenson and Rob Huges of Newmark Knight Frank’s Detroit office represented the 66,603-square-foot transaction between the building’s owner, I.B.C. Inc. and tenant Dakkota Integrated Systems of Holt, Michigan.
The more than 1.1-million-square foot building sits on 46 acres at 315 Matzinger Road. Dakkota Integrated Systems, a supplier of Jeep parts, is expanding and doubling its size.
