Reichle Klein Group recently closed a four-year, five-month industrial lease in Toledo, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Ron Jurgenson represented the building’s owner, I.B.C., Inc. of Toledo, with the 119,952-square-foot industrial lease. The building, which includes more than 1.1 million square feet of space, sits on 46 acres at 315 Matzinger Road.
Jerry Malek, also with Reichle Klein Group, and Peter Kepic, with Colliers International, represented the tenant, Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services of Sterling Heights, Michigan.
