A Toledo company founded in 1944, Modern Builders Supply has more than doubled its warehouse space with this 125,000-square-foot transaction, thanks in part to its growing ecommerce business.
Reichle Klein Group’s Lynette Reichle represented Modern Builders Supply with its lease at 4100 Bennett Road in Toledo. Ronald Jurgenson, also of Reichle Klein Group, represented the landlord, I.B.C. of Toledo.
