Reichle Klein Group recently helped close the $2.2 million sale of an office building in Maumee, Ohio.
Reichle Klein’s John Sluhan represented the seller, Manhattan Building Company of Toledo, Ohio, in the sale of the 36,600-square-foot MetroWoods building. The building is located in Maumee’s Arrohead Business Park.
The property, 1789 Indian Woods Circle, was purchased by Walbridge Investors of Sylvania, Ohio.
