Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the 10-year lease of a $2.9 million retail property in Toledo, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Pete Shawaker and Pete Shawaker Jr. represented the landlord, Manhattan Village LLC, in the sale of the property at 627 E. Manhattan Blvd.
The property is a 50,000-square-foot retail center on 25 acres. The new tenant that will be occupying the former Shoppers World is Forman Mills.
