Reichle Klein Group closed a three-year office lease for Marathon Petroleum Company in Findlay, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Lynette Reichle and Todd Dickerson represented the building’s owner, Roach Enterprises of Ohio, Ltd., of Maumee, Ohio.
The 37,727-square-foot building, known as the Waterside Building, sits on 3.4 acres at 16380 U.S. Highway 224. Marathon Petroleum represented itself in the transaction.
