Toledo-based Reichle Klein Group coordinated the lease of 30,000 square feet of retail space in the Shoppes at South Boundary in Perrysburg, Ohio, to Planet Fitness.
The retail team of Duke Wheeler and Kurt Pollex represented the tenant. The new fitness facility will open in the first quarter of 2015.
