Reichle Klein Group recently closed the sale of a Dollar General-occupied retail building in Oregon, Ohio.
Reichle Klein’s Christian Zaciewski represented the building’s owner, Linden Avenue LLC of Ohio with the $1.457 million sale.
Completed in October of 2018, the 9,100-square-foot building is located at 2450 Woodville Road in Oregon. The all-cash buyer, Frank Living Trust, was represented by Net Realty Adviors of Texas.
