Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the purchase of an industrial building in Dayton, Ohio.
Ryan Millwer with Reichle Klein Group represented the building’s buyer, Platform III – Third LLC of Northbrook, Illinois, with the $1 million purchase of the 86,640-square-foot facility. The building is at 535 E. Third St. in Dayon.
The seller, Columbus, Ohio’s 535 Dayton, LLC was not actively marketing the building and was self-represented in the transaction.
