Reichle Klein Group has been named as the exclusive leasing agent of the Gateway at the University of Toledo, a newly built on-campus retail development.
Duke Wheeler and Kurt Pollex with Reichle Klein will be the lead brokers for the development.
The area’s current tenants include Barnes & Noble, Huntington Bank, Great Clips, Jimmy John’s, Verizon Wireless, Gradkowski’s Dining & Spirits and Yogurt U.
The facility also accommodates up to 112 students in 48 loft-style apartments on the second and third floors.
