The Reichle|Klein Group recently sold a retail strip center in one of Toledo’s busiest retail corridors.
The 39,710-square-foot Executive Marketplace sold for $3.2 million.
Joe Belinske represented the seller, Executive Marketplace, LLC, and the buyer, Marketplace Executive X, LLC. Both the buyer and seller are from Toledo.
