The joint venture of Reinhardt Construction Company and S.M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by Columbia College to serve as the general contractor of an academic and residence hall in Columbia, Missouri.
The project includes a four-story, 61,000-square-foot structure to accommodate a growing student body. The first floor of the building will house the school of business offices, six classrooms and an event center.
The second, third and fourth floors will feature additional housing for 150 students.
Ittner Architects leads the design team.
