REItrades, the first-of-its-kind curated commercial real estate marketplace built for $5M+ investment sales, today announced its upcoming official launch. The company’s 2025 beta soft launch provided early market feedback and valuable insight that helped shape the platform’s next phase. The upcoming launch reflects a significant evolution of the model, expanding the platform to serve brokers while introducing a more comprehensive approach to marketing, sourcing, and managing investment sales.

REItrades offers a unique approach in which listings are visible only to pre-vetted buyers. Brokers cannot browse listings unless access is granted through a property code. This gives sellers and listing brokers the option to keep the listing private and direct-to-buyer only, or share it across other channels while keeping activity centralized on REItrades, providing unprecedented listing control. REItrades’ network consists of decision-makers from more than 3,400 established CRE investment firms nationwide. Buyers must have at least $10M in assets under management (AUM) to join, ensuring listings reach experienced buyers.

“When it comes to selling CRE, especially assets valued at $5M+, identifying and connecting with qualified buyers has always been a major challenge,” said Artur Muller, founder and CEO of REItrades. “REItrades connects brokers and sellers directly with a large curated network of pre-vetted buyers (GPs) actively seeking opportunities across all asset classes.”

The platform features an AI-powered marketing engine that automatically creates professional CRE marketing content, including executive summaries, investment highlights and location highlights, based on the property information provided by the seller. The platform also incorporates demographic and market fundamentals data at the ZIP code level. Aerial maps highlight nearby tenants, businesses and landmarks. Using this information and templates tailored to each asset class, REItrades instantly generates institutional-quality property teasers and Offering Memorandums.

Licensed CRE brokers and qualified principals can join REItrades at no cost and list properties for free. Optional paid email distribution delivers listings directly to the network of pre-vetted buyers whose investment mandates match the opportunity, maximizing exposure and engagement. REItrades also offers a premium service that handles listing creation and management, while the seller retains responsibility for all buyer interactions.

“Sourcing quality deal flow requires significant time and effort. Many large CRE assets are marketed privately through broker networks and established relationships,” said Muller. “REItrades delivers institutional quality deal flow directly to buyers’ inboxes based on their acquisition criteria.”

REItrades’ secure interactive deal room allows buyers to instantly eSign NDAs to access the OM and unlock listing interactions. Real time notifications and listing analytics track buyer engagement and activity. Offers and counteroffers can be submitted directly through the platform. Collaborators and team members can be added to a deal. All parties can communicate and share confidential files through a private chat, and request an email introduction when ready to pursue the deal. Once under contract, due diligence can be tracked based on preconfigured milestones.

What once required significant time, effort and a collection of disconnected tools can now be accomplished in minutes through REItrades’ automated workflows and technology. The platform brings the fragmented commercial real estate sales process into one coordinated environment, where marketing, sourcing, engagement and transaction activity can all take place from a single, centralized deal hub. Brokers and principals can move through each stage more efficiently, cut through the noise and execute deals with greater speed and control. Visit REItrades.com to learn more and request early access ahead of the official launch.
