Renelle on the River, an 18-story, 50-unit luxury condominium at 403 N. Wabash Ave. secured a building permit and has 45 percent of condos sold ahead of the project’s ground breaking.
The project will occupy on the last parcels of land available for development, according to an announcement from Belgravia Group, the project’s developer. The building was designed by bKL Architects. Residences range between three and four bedrooms, with options for two-level living. The units are priced between $1.2 and $3.2 million.
The building also features a rooftop lounge on the 18th floor that will include a game room, screening room, indoor and outdoor kitchens and a 4,500-square-foot terrace. Additional amenities include a fitness center, private yoga room, outdoor dog run and bike storage area.
