Angelo Labriola and Paul Cawthon represented the seller in the transaction. The building sold for $2,100,000. The property consisted of 13 renovated units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units and a retail unit with a long-term tenant. Below-market rents allow for additional value. “This was a great value for a renovated property, particularly being located so close to the 18th Street CTA Pink line station and the 18th Street retail corridor,” Cawthon said.
