Denholtz Associates announced that its 200,774-square-foot office building at 2625 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook will be undergoing renovations and upgrades.

The renovations will update the well-located asset in order to attract modern tenants and millennials looking for amenity-rich office spaces. Renovations are slated to begin in July with a completion date of October 2016.

The property features on-site management, an on-site deli and ample parking. It is situated 18-miles west of downtown Chicago and 16-miles from O’Hare Airport.

The three-story office building is strategically located on ten-acres in the heart of the East/West Corporate Corridor of Oak Brook and includes frontage and easy access to I-88. The property is also located within one the strongest retail corridors in the Chicago area and is in close proximity to I-294, I-355, public transportation, dining, shopping and lodging.

When completed, the lobby and share spaces will much lighter and more open allowing natural light to filter through creating an environment ideally situated for growing high-tech companies and similar industries.
