The Missner Group has been selected to complete a 23,000-square-foot office and kitchen build-out for Gourmet Gorilla’s™ new headquarters at 1200 W. Cermak Road in Chicago.
Gourmet Gorilla™ provides early childhood and K-12 schools with healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks delivered daily.
Once complete in second quarter 2016, its new space will feature a gourmet kitchen area with 38-feet of new kitchen hoods, walk-in coolers and freezers, fryers, cooktops and ovens, as well as a research and development kitchen suitable for presentations. The Missner Group will also construct offices with a loft-style open floor plan complete with conference rooms, break rooms and employee locker rooms.
Bob Nomellini is leading the project team for The Missner Group which includes Kent Nepras as project manager and Len Corso as project superintendent. AESA Associates is providing the architectural services.
