Located at 200 Grand Ave., the all-suite Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed by Kaeding Development, LLC, owned by St. Paul Hotel Ventures, LLC and managed by Compass45 Hospitality, LLC of Bloomington, Minnesota.
Situated in the heart of St. Paul’s business and entertainment district, the Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown offers its guests access to the Xcel Energy Center, the Saint Paul RiverCentre, the Minnesota State Capitol and the Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
The hotel maintains a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials, and provides guests with an indoor swimming pool, a meeting room and fitness center.
