RESOLUT RE recently completed six retail transactions in the Austin, Dallas and Houston metros.
Pie Bar and Jet’s Pizza have each leased space at South Congress Station—1,368 square feet and 1,517 square feet, respectively—located at 9000 S. Congress Avenue in Austin. Dave Burggraaf of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord in both deals. Austin McWilliams of JLL represented the tenant in the Jet’s Pizza transaction.
Also in Austin, Wings to Go leased 1,200 square feet at Southcross Station, located at 3601 W. William Cannon Drive. Joey Mendez and Samuel Hartley of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
Lateral Limits has leased 1,300 square feet at Little Broadway, located at 5219 Broadway Boulevard in Garland, Texas. Jeffrey Lewin and Brian Sladek of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
In San Angelo, Texas, NobiliTea leased 1,587 square feet at Sherwood Way Development, 2926 Sherwood Way. Gavin Fite of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Brice Kelly of CMS Properties represented the landlord.
Finally, Little Beakers Science Lab for Kids has leased 6,000 at Marq*E Entertainment Center, located at 7620 Katy Freeway in Houston. Marcus Banasik and Sherry Naquin Sanchez of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Sasha Levine and Nina Kuhn of Levcor represented the landlord.
