New Beginnings Learning Academy has leased 5,584 square feet at Gatesville Plaza, located at 1409 E. Main Street in Gatesville, Texas. Phil Morris of RESOLUT RE represented the Landlord.
PJ’s Coffee has leased 1,500 square feet at Chadwick Commons, located at 4901 State Hwy 114 in Northlake, Texas. Spencer Bowman of RESOLUT RE and Phillip Maxwell of Glacier Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Thomas Glendenning of SHOP Companies represented the landlord.
Finally, McKinley Cuts has leased 528 square feet at 2646 South Loop West in Houston. Myra Vorrice of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant.
