The Wernke Team of Resource Commercial Real Estate has announced the sale of Broadway Village Apartments, a 142-unit apartment community in Greenfield, Indiana. The sales price was not disclosed.
Michael Wernke, senior vice president of Resource Commercial Real Estate, arranged the sale of the property. The buyer was Broadway Village Apartment Partners, LLC, and the seller was Fource, LLC. The purchaser is an affiliate of Lauth Group, Inc.’s Lauth Communities. Broadway Village is the second apartment complex Lauth owns and manages in Greenfield.
Built in three phases, the Broadway Village Apartment community was completed in 2001 and spans 22.53 acres. The community is composed of a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, complete with attached garages, vaulted ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, and full-size appliances, including built-in microwaves.
