Robert Matias with Columbus, Ohio’s Equity, has been named a 2014 CoStar Power Broker by CoStar Group, Inc.
This industry award honors those CRE pros who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases in 2014 in their markets.
Matias qualified as one of the top retail brokers in Columbus based on his total leasing transactions for 2014. Some of Matias’ biggest transactions of the year include bringing one of the first Gordman’s Department Stores to Ohio, bringing the first Independent Emergency Room concept to Ohio and bringing the first Jason’s Deli Store to Pittsburgh.
