A private investor has purchased the 8,074-square-foot Macomb Mall Shops in Roseville, Michigan, for $3.6 million.
The retail plaza is located at the northwest corner of Gratiot Avenue and Masonic Boulevard, and includes tenants Potbelly’s, AT&T and Chipotle.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Investment Broker Carly Gallagher and Principal Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate Group – Michigan, LLC Sales Associate Richard Kerwin were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Bloomfield Hills Mich. – based Lormax Stern Development Company.
