A three-story retail building sold at 910 W. Randolph Street, located on the West Loop’s Restaurant Row. SVN Chicago Commercial advisors Paul Cawthon, Angelo Labriola and Scott R. Maesel were the sole brokers involved in the transaction. The building sold for $1,750,000.
“The property had a unique, multi-level layout that was unusable for a majority of the interested parties. New ownership plans on retrofitting the building to a traditional two-story for a restaurant concept,” Cawthon said.
