TC Bartoszek, retail specialist with Cincinnati’s Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, has received the Rising Star award presented by the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati.
Bartoszek received his award during the council’s Jan. 28 ceremony.
Bartoszek joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Cincinnati office in 2015. Since joining the firm, he has completed several lease transactions, including taking 4842-4978 Union Centre Pavilion Drive in West Chester, Ohio, from 20 percent occupancy to 80 percent, adding 10 new tenants to the property.
