Brett Chetek has rejoined Marcus & Millichap as senior director of the National Retail Group in the company’s St. Louis office.
Most recently, Chetek worked as senior vice president for CBRE.
Chetek has worked on the disposition of properties valued at more than $1 billion in total during his career. He rejoins Marcus & Millichap with a portfolio that includes institutional clients, financial institutions and private investment groups. This includes a portfolio of multi-state neighborhood centers with an asking price of $108 million.
