RFP Commercial has been hired by Kohl’s Department Stores, Inc. to market a 52,744-square-foot Class-A office building at 800 Woodland Prime in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
The two-story steel-and-glass building was built in 2005 and sits on a 5.15-acre park.
Kohl’s made the property available because the company is expanded its nearby Silver Spring Corporate Park, site of Kohl’s corporate headquarters. No Kohl’s employees will be impacted by the Menomonee Falls building’s sale or lease.
